I've been thinking,
rearranging,
thinking strangely,
about the possibilities,
of the life that should be.
Who am I?
and
How am I?
This person that I say I am.
This person that I call myself.
The person that sat on the shelf,
for many years until I blossomed
and fixed myself to be
me,
The person that I am today.
I am not ashamed,
to call myself by my name,
to feel no shame,
and to exist in life,
not just looking for a gain.
But for truth,
and the existence of life,
and love,
and liberty.
I just want to be me,
can't you see?
Just look in the mirror
and discover,
not only yourself,
but who you were,
and who you were meant to be.
But I guess that's just me.
Happiness
If this truly is how you feel, then you have found happiness. The most important relationship you can have, is the one with yourself. I love this poem for I can relate to it completely. Thank you for the good read.
