For today's prompt, write an animal poem. You could make the poem specifically about a certain animal, or just mention an animal somewhere in the poem. Perhaps title your poem an animal and write about something else to see how the juxtaposition works. Have fun with it.

For today's prompt, write an ekphrastic poem. That is, write a poem based on a painting, photograph, sculpture, or other piece of visual art. Write a poem inspired by a Frida Kahlo painting or Man Ray photograph or go with something more contemporary (or classical). Be sure to cite the piece of art that inspired your poem.
