The man mentioned in this poem is a Jewish extremist, an ex-con and perverted person, who has hurt the religious sentiments of Muslims the world over and cause much harm not only to Muslims but even to peaceful and law abiding non-Muslims. He has wreaked chaos, fanned mayhem and hatred and fanned religious hatred and intolerance topped with biased hatred of Islam and its adherents all over the globe. However, he will find out that the chickens always come to roost back to the place where they were born. What goes around surely comes around and this anti-Muslim hatred monger will pay a very heavy penalty for all the harm he has caused sooner or later. God Almighty has promised this in all the revealed Scriptures.
