was in an uproarious bawdy mood and this poem came to me. What if we had today among our midst a man similar to the poet Byron but not as disgusting. Byron wrote so beautifully but some lady a few years ago wrote a book about him pulling all her information from the great many letters he wrote to people in his life time and in his own words he pained a picture of a true libertine. He had many lovers male and female and I was shocked at how disgusting his life was that he lived but he could write so romantically and beautifully of love and esteem. I just wish I coudl recall the lady's name who wrote it and the title of the book. I borrowed it at my local library.I may have to call them and see if they can look it up for me as that title and author are evading me. I imagined what if we had today a man like him in his poems and perhaps a wreck in his personal life but not to the morals of an alley cat degree that Byron practically personified. I imagined this guy would be quite an interesting person to describe and so I took it from there. He is nobody in particular I am just sketching a lovable/hatable character who like the rest of us succumbs to a great love and finds his equal if not his indeed better half and excuses himself from his former bawdy life once so astonishingly lived. I tacked Esq. on at the end of his name as some do that only as a title of courtesy in which they allow to themselves and it sounded like something a guy like him would do.I really enjoyed writing this piece and was happy when it started coming to me. I hope it comes off that way. Enjoy..............
