I have been meaning to start a spoken word poem but im having some trouble getting started.

Any help at all would be appreciated.

The trick

Is to let it flow freely. Don't put any constraints or rules on it. Remember, it doesn't even have to rhyme.
Spoken word has limitless options. Here's one I wrote, maybe it'll give you a little inspiration.
