Gee - when did I first get into this site? 15 years ago? More? Lots of changes since then. I came back here for the first time tonight for - well, not since a long time. Way back then I got to know - at least in this peripheral cyberspace existence - a poet who used the nom de plume of Geradamus. His real name was Bill Brown - his own observation was that it must be pretty obvious why he used Geradamus and not his real name. Anyway - I only found out tonight that Bill died last May. I don't know if anyone has noted his passing on this site - my apologies if I'm merely trying to obviate my guilt - and sadness - that I didn't know for so long. Bill was a wonderful man - and a great poetry critic who had a rare knack of being on the money, insightful, up front and positive all at the same time. He was an ordinary extraordinary man. Life is just a little less bright for his passing. Slainte!
