Oh, my sweet little brother,
It's kind of weird to call you that
Since I've never actually had one in my life.
I'm happy that I got to keep you until death separates us.

Sorry for being a picky bitch at first...
When I first saw you sitting in the corner
Looking sad with those big eyes with a glimpse of heartbreak,
I couldn't help but ask them to bring you out of there.

I know that you're a dog,
But I could see you smiling big when you ran up to me.
When I try and put you on the chair next to me,
You would always get back on my lap and sit down on it.

I love you as the best family I ever had.
When I see you sleep right next to me snoring peacefully,
I smile late at night and pet you gently
And say, "I love you, little brother."
