"Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The trouble-makers. The round heads in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules, and they have no respect for the status-quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify, or vilify them. But the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do. "
"Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will."
“I fear being like everyone I hate, I fear failure, I fear losing control. I love balancing between chaos and control with everything I do. I always have a fear of going one way or another, getting lost in something, or losing everything to get lost in. And I fear being a completely acceptable sheep in society.”
“When you're taught to love everyone, to love your enemies, then what value does that place on love?”
“When all of your wishes are granted, many of your dreams will be destroyed.”
“We live in a society of victimization, where people are much more comfortable being victimized than actually standing up for themselves.”
“the fact that nobody liked me at school began to fade out of my mind like blue magic marker reminders scrawled on the back of a greasy fist.”
so... yeah. these are quotes. surprise! but anyway, i like them. actually the first one is one of my favorites, and my college orientation programs were actually based off it, so it means a lot to me. what made you choose these quotes and put them together in the order you did- anything? they dont flow together exactly or anything... did you have an intention with it or just to compile your favorite quotes?
