As the sunset bleeds,

         Into the hungry sky,

The darkness arrives,

         As an ivory moon hangs high.

Raven’s in flight,

         Death at my door,

Look to the sky..

         As we leave this world forevermore.

Into a world,

        Of great escape.

Enchantment and mystery,

        Of darkest grace.

Into the night..

        We’ll always hide.

The dark lord,

        And his beautiful bride.

Amidst the moonlight,

        They dance to their song.

Over the graves,

        And tombs among.

Hear the bells!

        The haunting tune.

They sound in the distance,

        To a mortal’s doom.

Ancient ruin,

        And legendary past.

A tale of the darkest love,

        That forever lasts.

As I look at you,

        And you look at me..

I know in our heart,

        We were meant to be.

Inseparable eternity,

        Intertwined destiny.

A haunting melody,

        Plays on the wind.

You grab my hand,

        As we begin.

If you let me go,

        It shall be the end.

Two shadows together,

        Intertwined as one.

No power is greater,

        Than that of our own.

Apart we are..

        What we’ve always been,

Lost are we,

        Until we’re together again.

I look to your eyes,

        I seek the truth.

Your lips graze mine,

        As I fall into you.

Memories of late,

        Seep through time.

Ancient history recorded,

        Within our minds.

Inevitable fear,

        Leaks through my eyes.

You hold me close,

        As I cry.

The fear melts away,

        As I drown in your dark eyes.

Never letting go,

        I vow to you now..

Our love is dark,

        Deep and true.

Together, forever

        Eternally with you.
