More About Me

What I want you to know about me...

I don't really usually write in these things because quite frankly I don't like talking about myself. I think my personality speaks for itself if you ever meet me in person. I am a no BS kind of person. I don't take friendship lightly and loyalty, honesty and laughter are the only things I ask of my friends and people who meet me. I have been writing poetry since I was 13. And its always been a release if not therapeutic for me. I am not saying that I am a professional at it, but then again poetry should never be professional it should be from the soul. Those of you out there who can appreciate poetry for what is-- a gift, then you know exactly what I am talking about. I've always told the people who read my poetry that for every poem you read that I have written you now know an intimate piece of me. Keep an open mind, an open heart and be honest.

"Do not fear death, for when we fear death it jumps at us faster then light itself. But if we show no fear, then death will gently cast its eye upon us and lead us into infinity."-Shaman from Cowboy Bebop

The Great Spirit is in all things, he is in the air we breathe. The Great Spirit is our Father, but the Earth is our Mother. She nourishes us, that which we put into the ground she returns to us....-
Big Thunder (Bedagi) Wabanaki Algonquin

"What is life? It is the flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime. It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset." - Crowfoot, Blackfoot Warrior

"Be formless... shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle; it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot; it becomes the teapot. Water can flow, or it can crash. Be water, my friend..." - Bruce Lee

"All kind of knowledge, eventually becomes self knowledge" - Bruce Lee
