Sleep tight sleep tight
For my memories of the day draw into the dreary of night
And to my night may bring illusions of joys and sorrows
I still will lay knowing there will always be another tomorrow
Sleep free sleep free
While the thoughts of believers carry on in the breeze
Yesterday has passed on and away
No matter if u lived or died just be not in vein
Til then til then
We hope for more much needed rest my friend
Let us all spread our soul and not wake
Until the mornings light where we shall rise again
Except for the eighth line,
Except for the eighth line, this poem is very beautiful, and it has the sound of an ancient incantation or recitation: very impressive.
