there once was a girl
one who was alone
abandoned by her mother,
forgotten by her brothers,
just like a candle,
cold and hard,
nothing but darkness
to her walled gaurd.
alone she waited,
alone and trapped,
insider her soul gated,
in solitude she sat.
the tears fell like stars,
the blood ran like streams,
she ran away and far,
until no on heard her screams,
no more fear,
no more pain,
as that single tear,
fell like a torrent of rain
alone she did start
alone she did end
with her bleeding heart
stilled in her hands
