It`s been thirteen years

since the wreck of the andrea gayle

what happened that night

only time will tell.



The perfect storm is what they say

but the plight of the andrea gayle

ended on that day october 28 1991



Six souls lost to the sea

six souls gone for ever more

the captain warned the other

vessels to stay away,he saved

there lives on that day



Now the andrea gayle is only

a memory in some peoples minds

so now at the bottom of the sea

in a watery grave is where you will

find the crew of the andrea gayle



Maybe some day to be found

but only time will tell about

the last voyage of the andrea gayle...
