A drop of rain, then multiply
The image of the earth below
While on it's course to the ground
The lightning makes a crashing sound
The depth of Heavens purest love
Are drops of rain from above
The Man inside, is the one who cries
For the men who tread this world
And all the while each drop falls
A sphere-like answer to all our calls
That tells us about His saving grace
Another tear falls down my face
The smallest tear will quench the thirst
Of forgiveness, we all need a little rain
To turn to the world our other cheek
To build us up when we're feeling weak
It's a story that Heaven speaks in rain
The teardrops of His eyes shed for change
Heaven's tears sometimes flood the earth
While at times there's only drought
The hard times make us change our ways
And bring to light hope of better days
Heavens tears fell upon my face
Showing there was a better place
The Man inside, is the one who cries
And all the while each drop falls
i lovethis poem
the beauty
of it made me
want to read it
Wow, this is GREAT. That's so cool. I've been brought up a Christian, but it never meant anything to me. I started getting into really bad sinful habits at school, and it wasn't good. But I went to this week at church camp, and this camp is like my "safe place" I love it so much! That week just completely changed me. I'm still rather new to my new faith, but it's just great. I love God so much, and he will never cease to amaze me.
This poem, I just really felt it...great job.
