Put Me Back

Folder:
My Thoughts

Stitches hold then they break

Unforgiven regret comes pouring out

Viens of clay are hardened by fire

No blood heals a heart on the wire

My train is off rail, and

My compass is off scale, cause

North is south, just as well down

Swim is sink, might as well drown

Wounds open then they scab

Just a cover of an everlasting scar

With no feelings of the world outside

Nothing felt by a barrier that's blind

My train has wrecked, and

My compass has left, cause

North was south, down and I'm falling

Swim was sink, drown and I'm calling

Put me back on rail

Put me back on scale

I just need a place to call my home

I just need a place where I'm not so alone

Hey,
This poem really touched home when I read it. Sometimes I just feel really worn and like everything is a mess. This poem put what I feel into words. This is really well written. KEEP Writing!~Katie
