"The Cat Out Back"

I put out the cat, so he could prowl.
He was by the fence, I heard a growl!

As I looked around, all I could see.
Was an old crow, watching me!

I grab old Betsy, just in time.
To see an old Cougar, bee line for mine!

I showed old Betsy, what to hit.
Then she gave me, a heck of a kick!

She hit that cat, with a whack.
15 feet, he fell back!

I looked at the crow in disbelief.
As he started to fly, he gave a loud shriek!
