Genesis 19 (in the KJV that I
Genesis 19 (in the KJV that I read exclusively): A rain of fire and brimstone, not a lake; and verse 28 mentions Abraham looking at a plain, not a lake, from which the smoke was going up. But I agree with you: God is not a liar. As for the lake, can't find no mention of it in Genesis. Is there another Scripture to consult about this?
