It comes from nowhere

You wonder am I coming down from a high

Or it could be the stress from work

Either way its here, but its not here to stay

While I walk around with nothing to do

With money to spend, feeling healthy

Feeling free, got a job

Gotta roof over my head

But comiserating on what I dont have

Love, relationships,

Then I think you spoke to me

You nudged me

To help that lady

Buy her clothes and shoes

So I did

I wonder if I was her breakthrough today

The breakthrough that I am looking for

If so I would feel honored

God were you speaking to me

Telling me to turn from my selfishness

To get out of my head 

And see the need right in front of my eyes.

If so god I am excited to go on this journey with you.
