NEVER KNEW BLUE



Never knew the color of blue, till there was you.

Never knew loneliness could hurt so bad baby,

till there was you.



Only connection is your beautiful word's each day,

never knew pain till they came my way.

Can't seem to get through to you, going

right over your head, what is a woman to do!



Never knew the moon cried till I met you,

softly I cry to the moon sharing it's pain,

baby I'm so blue.



Never knew a heart could beat so slow,

till there was you, now I know.

Thought blue was only a color, like the sky,

never knew that in these tears that I cry, there was blue,

till I met you.



I've tried to get to ya baby but your heart you keep closed,

threw word's all over you,  baby you just don't know!

Never knew loving could hurt so bad and make me

so blue. No baby I didn't know till I met you.



I keep holding you close to this heart of mine, hoping

you will understand as I write next time. Just no hope's in

reaching you ,till you baby, I never knew blue,

just what is a woman to do!
