You say that I'm not good with words, that well may be.

You say that I don�t know you.  Not if you don't let me.

I say that I'm invisible, my life was proving so,

But your angel eyes saw through me, now I can't let you go.



You say you're scared to hurt me, or are you scared to hurt?

You've been abused by men before and now you're on alert.

I say that I am different, I tell you I don't lie,

But I have broken promises and now you're scared to try.



You'll tell me that it's all your fault, but I don�t think that's true.

You'll tell me you can't love me, but I have faith in you.

I'll shower you with kisses until my dying breath

And hope that you will shower me with tears upon my death.



You'll find that I won't leave you, just give us due time.

You can bet that I won't hurt you, in fact you'll feel sublime.

I'll tell you that I need you, I'll hope you trust I do,

And in the mean time if you need me, I will rescue you.



We say we can not feel this way, it all seems much to soon.

You told me that I was the sun, but I know I'm the moon.

You should know that you're the star and I reflect off you,

And when I say I love you, you should want me to.
