On bended knees, I start to pray,
and I closed my eyes and say,
Oh Lord! let me triumph as I pass this way,
because this world, is full of treachery.
On bended knees, I sigh,
babies are crying, countries are torn apart,
people are dying, hunger is everywhere,
and the end is nowhere to be seen.
On bended knees, let me see the light,
my end is near, my time is getting short,
and few will remember me.
So before I say goodbye,
this simple message I will leave behind,
to our children, and to the youth,
for the sake of our posterity.
too bad many children dont
too bad many children dont know how to pray even at night
