Just When I Wasn't Looking
In life there comes a time,
when not looking, he comes around,
a friend who cares, and just wants to hear
what's your trouble, dear.
It doesn't matter how far he is,
or what's the weather there,
cuz when least expected, he gives
his advice with humor and flair.
So you cannot help but wait for his letters,
rain or shine, he will be there
but like the rest, when it's time to say goodbye,
I will never forget this wonderful friend,
who came into my life,just when I wasn't looking.
