In a little while, I will go to sleep
A deep slumber, will always welcome me
And in a while, I will see your face
A familiar face, I long to see
In a little while, you will brush my lips
And murmur sweet nothings, I long to hear
Then I awake to look at your eyes
Those big brown eyes, I will never forget
I must have been floating, lighter than air
As you catch me, falling to the ground
And I turn around, to stay closer to your arms
Then you disappear, nowhere to be found
In a little white this will all be over.
All our dreams can then come true. Once
again we will reunite. h
beautiful piece reminds me of when I go to sleep at night and think of John and how far away he is. Hopefully and I'm praying,he will make it up this sunday for the Longfellow xmas party. I just hope we don't get any snow...That would kill everything since he has to travel 70 miles each way..
