this feeling the feeling

the feeling

it's only temporary



the feeling of

this

what we do

is only temporary

I was alright

at first

and second

cuz the pleasure

like novacaine

took away

the pain

this horrible ache

that rests itself

atop the chambers

of my heart

for the duration

of the sounds

of soulfulness

this pain

got lulled

to sleep

the pain

took a nap

but the clock

frowned the reality

and let me know

that our time

was up

and the brightness

of THAT reality

will always

let the pain

resurface
