I have to say goodbye

to the one who promised

laid down my bones

bare to the ground



All the floors I have crawled,

marks on my knees and hands

a testament of devotion

thinking not to say goodbye



All those blurry nights

stays still in my mind

fuzzy for one more night

yet to let it go

burnt to the ground
