I found a penny facedown on the ground today.
i figured it would be bad luck.
so not only did i leave it.
i turned it right side up.
for it might bring better luck
to the next person to pick it up.

in hopes it will maybe get someone the push to get back up
or maybe to achieve the dreams and wont give up
maybe i gave motivation to another soul.
but i never will know.
but for once its nice to never know

but in short it reset my essence
i felt alive and a smiled for a second
something so small so pretend
actually gave me the strength
to get through today without hesitance

so in a sense i felt mountainous, instantaneous
for what maybe lose change to me
could be the big change someone has been looking for.
for thats a penny for a thought.
witch even a word can make a difference

i feel courteous and pretentiousness
important and sympathetic
for i may have payed it forward today
in hopes it will comeback to me another day.
