I wonder what it's like to be the ill favored one,
to have people blindly staring at you all the time.
Does it seem like you want to scream and blame everyone?
Or does it seem like you're only wasting all of their time?

You're nothing to everyone and every day you show
You've always had nothing to lose or to behold
You'll never have anything to gain or to control
Even when you're not by yourself you'll still feel alone

I wonder what it's like to be the ill favored one
to be the only one that everyone can see through
to have to live with the fact that you're always alone
to have to get up each day knowing when you will lose
