You keep telling me that you love me.

But I look into your eyes and sadly I know.

I know the truth about your simple lies.

And you know what you always make me cry.

I am standing right in front of you showing my love.

I am here and yet you still push me away.

I don't even know why I continue to try.

I see that you love another and not me.

The tears have ceased for the days gone.

I am no longer holding on to the memories of us.

My heart can no longer be called yours for you do not love.

This is no longer how it used to be darling.

You can't understand so I am saying goodbye.

I hope to never see you in another life as harsh as it seems.
