                   as his children play

                   and their children's

                   children have children



                   my how this family

                   has grown

                   with the ups and downs

                   smiles and frowns



                   would not have

                   any other way



                   parting jewels of wisdom

                   encouraging all to embrace

                   the word



                   the word shall set you free

                   mind, body, and soul

                   not necessarily in that order

                   but free you will be



                   and what the word sets free

                   let no man enslave

                   not even you



                   and what the word brings

                   together

                   let no man tear asunder

                   not even you



                   judge not another

                   for that is not your

                   responsibility



                   that job has been

                   assigned already

                   have you not heard

                   'what goes round comes round'

                   yes, even for you



                   'as ye sow, so shall ye reap'

                   yes, even you



                   I've added many colors

                   only for you to acknowledge

                   my greatness, and compassion



                   not for you to decide

                   which is far more brilliant

                   than the other

                   for I love you equally



                   through your creativity

                   your learned to speak

                   in many tongues

                   formed recreational

                   clinics for the soul

                   adorned them as

                   religions - don't

                   fret my children



                   again, I love

                   you all the same

                   and home is where

                   the heart is

                   there is where

                   I reside

                   so when you

                   get the chance

                   to be still

                   stay, search

                   your heart
