Hope slithers to peices

Drawing the scene around you

You lift your head up for a moment...

                And then it all breaks away....



Wish I coulda been there for you.

Wish I coulda made you happy...

Wish I never met you...

Wish I didn't lie just now...

               Everyone knows how it plays...



Starry skies, endless thinking

Past turning to guilt

Passion turning to lust..

Do you think it shoulda ended like this?

               Whatever she's your world to this day...



Wish I could save you

Wish you never were lonely

Wish you would take a notice to my dying...

Wish I could just hold you close to my heart

               Even though you seem to let me decay...



Thoughtless words, endless binds

Horrid pictures of exes crossing the eye

Never thought it would end so empty

Silver hair, dark spirits arise around you..

                 But fuck it...It's like you don't hear what I say...



Wish I coulda loved you first

Wish I never let this happen...

Hopefully one day you will see

Hopefully I pop into your mind

                  Erasing all lust and pain from your brain...
