Knock, knock, knock...
Like the pounding of my heart, only not...
A sound like an eternal hammer, raging into my ears
Tap, tap, tap...
That small beating, a scared mouse mayhap
No, finger nails against the floor, echoing off the walls
Clang, clang, clang...
Chains, pulling me down, driving me insane...
Highhills, making their way up a deserted hall
Scratch, scratch, scratch...
Small claws digging into my brain, loosening a latch
My nails, my claws, slicing down my cheeks...pretty color
Knock, knock, knock...
Trying to get out, pawing at the door, no escape...
Sounds of entering and madness, despair and sadness
The wicked and the vile, mixed with vegetables and docile
Shocks, shocks, shocks...
Electric heavens in the mind
Be still...Be still...Be still...
