The Akron city council
passed an ordinance
.. no parking on the
street for more
than an hour..
on many streets
there are hundreds
of residents..
and
few garages...
this allows neighbors
with vendettas
or police to enforce
selectively.. otherwise
one might say
the city council
wants people to get
up every hour at night
to move the cars in front
of their houses
..
The City Council with

and others has made it legal
to murder hundreds of cats
and send others to labs
