The air waves are free..
but added new
fees
from the FCC

The major telephone companies such as SBC and Verizon
are calling the $5 a month an FCC charge.. but it goes
not to the FCC, the pawn of Fox, ABC, Time Warner and others,
but to the phone companies.
Those on fixed income can ask for a cancellation.
