in Vanguard cases.

2 Breyer and O'Connor were both

invested in Merck. Both broke their

promise to recuse

3 Scalia's 2 sons worked for the 2 Bush

attorneys in Gore V Bush. Scalia

refused to recuse.



SERIAL KILLERS WHOSE WEAPONS ARE THEIR PENS

The Supreme Court has 5 serial killers

who have murdered with their pens.

The Supreme Court is virtually alone

among alleged democracies in

not being elected. It is a pentocracy
