every being at all times,
today I ask special miracles
and grace and showers of
blessings for those I have harmed
in the past..
every human being whose feelings I have
ever hurt
every person I have ever passed by in need
every animal or fish I ever ate
every ant I thoughtlessly drove over
every bug my heavy tread has squashed
every plant I have snuffed out and consumed
all I have harmed
and peace miracles joy love
perfection for all beings today
and forever as You end all
violence and cruelty on the planet
this moment and forever
