. in NYC, a die-in as people lie down in the streets

  in front of Rockefeller Center, home of NBC, (GE)

  .. to protest corporate and media profiteering from war

200 were arrested.. some roughly by unprovoked police

230,000 for 30 blocks were in the streets of NY.. they

  including Congressman Charles Rangel.. a prayer in

at Senator Schumer's office.. a sit in at Senator Clinton's

. in Boston, 30 to 50,000 marched

. in 8 Australian cities including Perth, Brisbane, Auckland,

  Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide, construction workers

  are walking off 18 sites

. In Manchester, London and other cities, offices of

  warmongers BBC, Rupert Murdoch's newspapers, and other

  media were occupied by dozens. A pieing occurred.

. In 22 cities in Spain millions dumped Coca Cola

. In France 20,000 gathered at the American embassy

   later 100,000 gathered.

. In Sydney, 50,000 gathered. Some signs said "no hoWARDd"

. In Atlanta, 1000 protested the warmonger coverage

  of Ariel Sharon's pawns at CNN.

. In Los Angeles as well, CNN was picketed

. In Lisbon the people stood in support of the people of Iraq

. In Indonesia, huge crowds

. In Kent, Ohio, 5 students and 2 professors were arrested

  1 week after their peace demonstration

. In San Francisco, thousands blocked a key bridge.

  1600 were arrested over 3 days..  the city government

  was of necessity shut down.. police responded with violence

  to many

. In San Francisco, Bechtel, war profiteer funneled

  contracts by Dick Cheney and Colin Powell, was picketed

. In Pittsburgh 100 were arrested

. In Akron, organizers planned to attempt to present oil

  to the Federal Building, as a statement that the US

  needs no more oil.. lectures on the pre-election  

  planning of the oil war included Rumsfeld's plans

  blood. 5 were arrested and were held for a day before

  being charged.

  29 were arrested as they read an indictment

  of the Bush administration for violating international law

  by one group while others met at the Liberty Bell for prayers

. In Seoul, 4000 protesters.. some clubbed by police

. In Yemen, 2 protesters of thousands were shot dead

. In Toronto, American flags were burnt.. garbage thrown

  at police

. In the UK thousands gathered.. as well as Edinburgh

   Glasgow Manchester and other cities as well as at

   air force bases giving space to B 52's.. one plane

  was destroyed by Ulla Roder's hammer

. In NY there was a prayer-in at the office of warmonger

  senator Charles Schumer.

. 2000 took to the streets in Rochester New York

. In Tucson poets gathered to read of peace in front

  of the Federal Bldg.

. In Athens, one birthplace of Western democracy, 100,000 gathered.

. In Ann Arbor, 5000 protested.. 19 arrested..

  students walked out of class..

. In Traverse City a convoy of army trucks was blocked.

. In Akron, faculty members ignored a warning from

  the administration about those who would participate

  in the walkout

. In Grand Rapids peaceworkers entered the Federal Building and served a US representative with violations of the US constitution, the Geneva Accords, and the Nuremberg Laws.

  of potential gas died in the desert heat trapped in their

  feathery fur coats.

  from violence today and forever.
