Whenever I travel to and fro the Lord Jesus is with me wherever I go,

He's with me through the good and bad and lifts me up when I'm sad.

And when my heart is filled with fear, my loving God is always near.

Never am I all alone, for in my heart Jesus Christ is on the throne.



However, the unbeliever wants no part of Almighty God's Loving heart,

And even though God is just as near, in their heart there is no fear.

And still under God's initial curse, they sadly go from bad to worse.

In a world all their own, they don't even know who's on the throne.



It's God who reigns from up above, showering the earth with His Love,

And He sends rain upon all of us, both the righteous and the unjust.

Although many receive His Grace, in their own life God has no place.

And all who remain on this path will indeed experience God's wrath.



But many through the Gospel call have accepted Christ as Lord of all,

And in their heart have found a place to accept God's Gift of Grace.

God's wrath will not fall on them for now The Lord calls them friend.

Now in Christ there's no condemnation, only God's Loving Salvation.



It is finished Christ Jesus cried, as upon the cross for all He died.

He died and was buried my friend, but since He is God He rose again.

Now He's seated at The Father's side, coming soon to snatch His bride.

Then many will scoff all alone when they see He's still on The Throne.
