that i never ment to say

i hurt you too deep

when i turned and walked away

i saw the pain in your eyes

as you turned from me

i saw you try not to cry

when you saw my heart bleed

i knew what i did

when you wouldnt trust me

i knew it was wrong

and it still haunts me

if i could go back in time

if i could fix it

i would have never hurt you

i would fix it

i know im sorry's just words

and thats it

but i hope you can forgive me

i hope you did

i watched you through life

i watched you in rain

i hope things change for you

you deserve more than pain
