FUTURE PARADISE
(T. Beechey)
Presently in the past tense, there's a future paradise
It's where common sense is not a rare exercise
It's not a place so immense,in fact,it's small in size
Just big enough for residents to say hellos and goodbyes
Presently in the past tense, there's a future paradise
Everyone gains acceptance and claims the daily prize
There's no such thing as difference, both the lows and highs
Unite in a perfect sequence in a bond which never unties
Presently in the past tense, there's a future paradise
Perhaps we should all commence, don't bother thinking twice
Between each house, there's no fence and rainbows fill the skies
In all of their opulence as a present for the eyes
Presently in the past tense, there's a future paradise
Nobody's left in suspense because of unanswered "whys"
There's no need for recompense since no one ever lies
There's no need for condolences since no one ever dies
Presently in the past tense, there's a future paradise
Where one's proclaimed innocence isn't met by stares of ice
The effervescant radiance comes upon each rise
Of faith and of confidence which nothing can disguise
