I think we will NEVER understand

why a woman gets so many lies from a man.

Men don't know what love really is, I guess,

and they won't ASK what the TRUTH is!!

Men don't even call it "lying",

because they say "I'm just so Confused!"

So keep on crying, Melissa, but also

keep on writing: write about True Love.

You WERE in love; what anybody else was in doesn't matter.

It's all about YOU, Melissa: YOU are all that counts!

You will become more Woman after this,

beyond what you think of yourself and "him", now.

You will smile when you remember how you feel now!

You aren't dying; you are learning to live...and LOVE!

A shit-head is not worth crying over, and most advice sucks,

but, although you cannot forget NOW, soon you will.

Your heart, your past is not destroyed, but merely re-formed.

The reformation takes heat, tears, and patience;

you are already more beautiful than before!!

But your sad-eyes won't change back to glad-eyes,

because your eyes' virginity has been taken; it had to happen.

But God won't kill you, because He loves you too much.

And so do I.  And so does that new guy coming to your heart:

he will look into your eyes, know where you've come from

without even asking,

and you BOTH will KNOW:

THIS TIME IT IS REAL!!
