One man's opinion, & theory of the mystery
I CANNOT know how you feel.
I'm only a man--the prototype--
but you are the final model,
the perfected model, (for my good).
You have something I didn't get;
you are the something I am not.
But I DO relate to it, and to you.
And I'm SO intrigued with your mystery!
You fulfill me with your empathy!
You touch me where I do not even know!
You take me where I, alone, can't go!
And you love me when you hate me,
understanding me, but barely tolerating me!
You are my Joy, you are my Mystery;
you are my past, and all Mankind's future;
what there is in you is my Treasure!
I saw the starting of this mysterious cycle
beginning in you at a dozen or so years.
It was amazing! Something happens, & happens,
& happens, & will happen for many years.
What it is, & what it does to you;
what it seems, & what it takes you through,
I understand---if a mere man can.
It seems to me that new life was pending;
you were being prepared for something beautiful.
But it wasn't consumated, and you KNEW!
And your very femininity began to morne
for that little, uncompleted potential:
you are rightfully grieving.
(Shouldn't I, too,
if I love you??
& I do.)

WOW, This was so Cute, Amazing, not many men even try to understand what we go through at this time. but seems to me like you cared enough to want to know and loved enough to try to learn.

LOL. I admire the humor in this poem. And I would definitely agree with you, because sometimes men don't understand what women go through when it comes to PMS time. :) But as it is, it's life, and you just have to go on loving those women around you (your wife and daughters, etc.) even though you may never understand the concept of PMS itself! LOL.
