Something wasn't right

Since the moment you left



My heart Grew weak

My feelings grew Stronger

You were almost a memory today

A hopeful Future was no longer



I wanted to tell you

What's been on my heart

I should have Told you

before we had to part



These three little words

that mean so much

They send me soaring

Like when our lips Touched



I wish You only knew

the truth in my words

But they don't escape my lips

Afraid they'll be absurd



You asked me not to say it

So to your face; I won't

But in my mind it repeats

And in your ears it won't



Please come home to me

So I can say the truth

Tell you these three words

To say that I Love You



I beg you, Please forgive me

I never anticipated this
