Little Mrs. Robin,
she flaps her wings,
as she flys through the sky.
Singing her song,
cheerily, cheer up, cheer up,
cheerily, cheer up.

Little Mrs. Robin,
lands on the ground,
hopping around,
listening.
Listening to the ground,
and looking at the ground,
searching for a worm,
that's hidden under ground.

She waits, patiently,
until the time is right.
Then she plunges
her beak into the ground,
as quick as can be,
and comes back up
with a worm in her beak.

She's gotten her food,
pecking it into easier pieces
and then she
swallows it down.

She then continues
on her journey
for finding more food.

Repeating her actions,
hopping around,
stopping and cocking her head,
and then quickly
snatching a worm
out of the ground.

How she knows that
there are worms there,
I have no clue,
but she seems to know
where she needs to
stop and wait.

Little Mrs. Robin,
continues on her way,
doing what she must,
in order to survive.
Finding food and water,
and getting exercise,
and flying through the sky.

She's beautiful,
a work of nature.
Her dull orange breast,
her pale brownish-gray head,
her beautiful pure white throat,
her pale gray feathers under her tail,
and her yellow bill with a black tip.

Little Mrs. Robin,
going about her day,
watching out for danger,
and doing what she must.

Little Mrs. Robin,
comes flying back
to her nest,
way up high
in a hickory tree.

She feeds her ckicks,
and spends a
little time with them,
making sure that
they are warm,
before she
heads out again.

Little Mrs. Robin,
flapping her wings,
as she flys through the sky.
Singing her song,
cheerily, cheer up, cheer up,
cheerily, cheer up.
