grey sky days fill my life
like this poisoin fueling my black heart
i look through the breaks in clouds
i look, get lost, pray
pray for it to rain down on me
for the water to storm down
wash away the pain tonight
rinse and repeat until this slate is clean
grey sky days, shelter me
from the bright and harmful sun
and dont forget to bring the rain tonight
