Bed of a Restless Soul
a bed is only as comfortable as the soul laying on it
the tormenting fears inside could turn these feathers to rocks
laying here with weighted eyes heavy with burden
that pulls them shut but will never let them close
a pillows only as comfortable as the head upon it
