"Empty"
In the depths of my heart,
I feel so alone.
Nothing feels right to me,
not even my own home.
I sit and I wonder,
why I am so empty.
As the sun sets below the horizon,
and the sparkling sea.
My heart does not beat rapidly,
when someone comes to my side.
I do not understand,
why my heart must always hide.
The feelings I used to have,
have, for so long, been gone.
My emotion no longer gumbles,
when I hear a special song.
In the darkness of the night,
I sit and I cry.
As I look so deeply into,
that diamond filled sky.
Someday in the darkness,
I hope to find my heart again.
But all my mind can say right now,
is sadly this is The End.
