To All The Beautiful People,
Smile because the sun is burning as we lose our loved ones we gain new flames. All your beautiful smiles glowing in the dark do not lose faith in tomorrow lovers with brand new names. How am I seen in your eyes? as a gift or a broken curse? reassuring my analytical, scientific, bruised brain, not skilled enough to win at games. As I stare into my eyes of dull blue I remember who I am; I am the girl who powered through and identified my strength and said "I can!"
although I'm not the prettiest, most clever or talented. I'm the only version of me there will ever be and I'm willing to push through challenges.
I'm a worrier, warrior, neurotic and bold, safe and passionate. Heart of pure gold, jealous, suspicious, kind and generous. Loving, caring, selfish and strange.
No matter what life throws at me, my optimism wont change.

That is awesome!! You're right. No one else can be you except yourself. That's all you can be. If other people can't except that then that's their problem. But the poem is awesome. I will say this there is a part in there where you mentioned not bein' the prettiest. No one is perfect. Everyone has their imperfections. It's people's imperfections that make 'em awesome to me.
