Plow away, Governor
Gov. Ron DeSantis of Florida is running for President. He's going to be kicking off his campaign next week a visit to Iowa.
Gov. DeSantis is doing all he can to prepare for his visit. If you click on the link, you see the NYT headline stating 'DeSantis Plows Ahead With Whirlwind of Friendly Interviews and a Tour'.
Some friendly advice for the Governor. While spring plowing is recommended for sandy soils and where shallow tilling is practiced, if a winter crop is grown to improve the soil and prevent erosion, the ground will have to be plowed in the fall to prepare the soil for seed and again in the spring to turn under the green manure.
I don't know the color of his manure, but I know he produces a ton of it!
