O say is it me?

Or is something not right 

Is the country insane?

Tell me that I am dreaming 

What's those voices I hear?

Haunting me in the night

It's the sound of the dead

It's the victims, they're screaming

'Don't let us die in vain!

Through your sorrow and pain

You must end the madness

It'll happen again!'

Will we pay attention to

Those lying in their grave?

Or is it too late

For our country to save?
