You've the kindest of hearts

You're the bravest of souls

You freely give me your company

My life now has a brand new glow.



I made my way out of darkness

To gaze into your gentle face

You've lovingly held my hand

While in society I've sought my place.



You've bought me company

When I've been weak or in despair

You always seem to know when

It's enough that you are there.



Sometimes just to see you

Walking through my door

Sets off a supanova inside my soul

I could drop right to the floor.



It seems to me, my heart explodes

Such tenderness I feel

I long to hold you in my arms,

My love for you is simple and so real.



Some people are not so lucky

They dont have the chance to say goodbye

They think they have tomorrow

Never stopping to question why.



Here we are quite the opposite

We know to cherish each moment we share

In such a short time we've come to know

Each other souls layed bare.



So just in case tomorrow never comes

And I dont get the chance to say

I do love you very much

And I'll never regret these special days.
